Bushes opening the Mexican border to quick passage for Mexican trucks should tend understanding Bushes mindset when considered alongside what follows.
In the year 2000 Robert Walpole, CIA WMD analyst, delivered a report to congress. He wrote 4000+ words on the less likely of 2 potential delivery methods for Nuclear Weapons. In his report on the less likely (missile) he summed up the MORE likely (shipping container) in 4 sentences. Congress didn't even ask for a report on the MORE LIKELY. The LESS likely received 60 Billion worth of spending, ALL of which made the MORE LIKELY, MORE LIKELY.
The rise in Nuclear Detriment likelihood attributable to the 60B spending is due, as described by William Hartung Defense Policy Analyst at Cato, (predicted preNorth Korea's nuclear acquisition), heightened proliferation being a requirement to ensure defeating a missile shield. Hartung also predicted an increase in the means by which North Korea acquired their Nukes, that means particularly: State to State Transfer of Nuclear Technology.
A research scientist at MIT, Dr. Postol, has called the proposed missile shield a fraud. Dr. Postol says the potential for an effective missile shield is tremendously unlikely.
The nonproliferation treaty was discarded to pursue the "missile shield". Three tests have been performed for the 60 billion thus far spent. 2 failed outright, the third was, and so admitted by the pentagon, rigged by equipping the target with a GPS locator that was in communication with the kill vehicle.
Thus for the heightened proliferation the missile shield spending has caused, heightened proliferation that has been observed since the missile shield spending was initiated, exactly as Hartung called it, Americans won't even be protected against missiles by the "missile shield" their hard earned dollars are paying for.

Our "partners" in the "War on Terrorism", (lotsa healing being done there), pardoned the Nuclear Scientist, Dr. Khan, who ran an operation referred to by International Atomic Energy Agency as the "Wal-Mart of private-sector proliferation". The president of Pakistan pardoned Dr. Khan without even so much as a scolding. This was after U.S. and British Intelligence agents interdicted a shipment to Libya of centrifuges designed and constructed by Dr. Khan. Dr. Khan sold Nuclear weapons technology and know how to Iran, North Korea and Libya. Officials believe Dr. Khan may have sold nuclear weapons technology to several other nations.
Pakistan remains in good standing with the present U.S. government even while shielding the largest Proliferator of nuclear weapons technology in human history from so much as QUESTIONING by the International Atomic Energy Agency. U.S. intelligence has also forwarded request to speak with Dr. Khan denied by the Pakistani government. Of Pakistans 6000 nuclear scientists and 45000 nuclear workers, 11 have been questioned and only by Pakistani investigators.
The Bush Putin "Treaty"
Bush signed a "treaty" with Russia that makes 300 megaton nuclear weapons both TRANSPORTABLE via pickup truck and a lower security priority for Russians. The weapons became a lower security priority as the loss of one no longer constitues a threat to the looser. This as a 300 megaton nuke in the back of a truck crossing the border from Mexico serves no threat to the Russian soldier who sold it from the warehouse where he works. This is what CIA WMD analyst Robert Walpole refers to in his 2000 report as "Lacking Attribution", the primary reason a WMD attack is expected through such means.
The treaty Bush signed makes NO STIPULATIONS on the SECURITY afforded these "decomissioned" nuclear weapons...
Former Rear Admiral Jack Shannahan in an editorial to the Boston Globe calls this supposed "treaty" Arms Control Orwell Style. The major media gave no further coverage to Bushes having moved to assure at least some Americans Nuclear Annihilation within the decade.

In other words we claim the right to nuclear annihilate a country for one of their inhabitants lobbing a stone at our shores should the powers that be consider such "surprising and militant". Consider the heightened willingness and desire to nuke Americans this threat has instilled.
To give you an idea as to how well the American people can trust the CIA to protect us from "terrorists":
The Chief of our Intelligence Agency during WWII was at the same time employed by the Nazi Steele Magnate as a lawyer for his Rotterdam Bank. This is the very same Nazi Steele Magnate who employed the first Bush millionaire, Prescott Bush, on the board of directors for his New York Bank.
Inactivity on the part of any American is no longer acceptable where determining OUR policy course is concerned. Get active or get nuclear annhilated are your options.

1) REFUSE TO PAY FEDERAL TAXES, IF YOU'RE HUMAN THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT DOESN'T REPRESENT YOU. (400+ Billion/yr to kill humans)
2) Buy what makes you money, resaleable information product and advertising are two such money making items. Then buy advertising to let as many people as you can know about this very real threat to continued human existence on Earth.
3) Establish National Referendum and through such do away with the past 150 years of legislation defying the Constitution. Visit http://vote.org/ to Vote for something that matters, National Referendum.
