Prepare Yourself for EVER First

Dragging your children to hell with you,

Their support is a given, just like it was for you,

Abused for their naivete, their ignorance or their greed,

Convinced by meeting such a small bit of their potential effect on human need.

 

Everybody around me is smiling, I must be doing well,

Surrounded by hell, smiling and claiming well,

Twisted's an accurate description of this psyche,

Facing eternity, living forever is how likely?

 

Measuring so little as to be,

Facilitously convinced of efficacy,

Killing millions of babies,

Entranced by their bottom line slightly,

The rest of the psyche,

Is washed in ignorance due terror promptly,

 

Trillions of ways to die and every second counts,

Infinite miles in every direction from where problems could mount,

100 trillion year intellect here even greater likely than you,

To thine own self be true, to thine own self be true,

 

A second may seem benign til the one that takes your life,

Every second you torture yourself knowing the odds of strife,

Delusional toward somatosensory enjoyment in thorough terror,

With your childrens guarantee you acquire some butter,

 

Contracts made under duress,

Hold water more or less?

Prepare yourself for EVER first,

Then enjoy what's left.
